Kurzes Umknicken mit langwierigen Folgen: Bei nicht wenigen Betroffenen ergibt sich nach einer Sprunggelenksdistorsion eine chronische Instabilität. Wie sie entsteht, mit welchen diagnostischen Verfahren sie sich erkennen lässt und welche Therapieoptionen es gibt.
