Zusammenfassung

Die operative Therapie des Urothelkarzinoms der Harnblase ist abhängig von der histopathologischen Klassifikation. Für das nicht invasive Karzinom stellt die endourologische Resektion, gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit einer intravesikalen Instillation die Therapie der Wahl dar. Beim invasiv wachsenden Urothelkarzinom ist die radikale Zystektomie mit konsekutiver Harnableitung als Goldstandard anzusehen.
