Zusammenfassung

Auch bei geriatrischen Patienten gibt es klare Indikationen, die für eine Wirbelsäulenoperation sprechen. Neben anästhesie- und operationsbedingten Gefahren müssen dabei aber auch die besonderen Risiken im Alter und Komorbiditäten berücksichtigt und abgewogen werden.
