Intracranial hypotension (IH), a treatable form of headache, is known to cause orthostatic headaches [1, 2]. Several etiological factors besides cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage have been identified for IH, including hypovolemic states [2]. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with contrast is essential for diagnosis, and spinal neuroimaging is critical for showing CSF leakage.
