Zusammenfassung

Das Spektrum verfügbarer endoskopischer Techniken hat sich in den letzten Jahren deutlich erweitert. Läsionen und auch (iatrogene) Komplikationen, deren Behandlung früher eines chirurgischen Eingriffs bedurfte, werden heute häufig endoskopisch therapiert. Fortschritte in endoskopischer Mukosaresektion sowie Submukosadissektion ermöglichen auch die Abtragung großer Polypen im Gastrointestinaltrakt. Die Anwendung spezieller Clips ermöglicht eine Vollwandresektion. Durch Präparation eines submukosalen Tunnels können auch submuköse Läsionen vollständig entfernt und die Muskelfasern des unteren Ösophagussphinkters bei Achalasie endoskopisch durchtrennt werden. Endosonographiegestützte Interventionen haben sich zum Standard in der Therapie der komplizierten Pankreatitis entwickelt, und mithilfe der Cholangioskopie sind neue Therapieoptionen in Gallen- und Pankreasgang verfügbar. In diesem Weiterbildungsbeitrag werden interventionelle endoskopische Techniken vorgestellt und kritisch evaluiert.
