Zusammenfassung

Perilunäre Luxationen und Luxationsfrakturen sind seltene Verletzungen, die meist im Rahmen von Hochenergietraumen durch Hyperextension des Handgelenks entstehen. Die frühzeitige Erkennung und Behandlung dieser Verletzungen führt in der Regel zu guten klinisch-funktionellen Ergebnissen trotz häufig nachweisbarer radiologischer Spätfolgen. Die sofortige Reposition der Handwurzel und die adäquate Versorgung aller verletzten Strukturen stellt die Grundlage einer stabilen Heilung dar. Die operative Versorgung hat das Ziel der stabilen Wiederherstellung der Konfiguration der Handwurzelknochen und stellt hohe Ansprüche an den Operateur.
