13. Die Patientin mit Herzerkrankung

Zusammenfassung

Bei ungefähr 0,2–4 % aller Schwangerschaften in den Industrienationen muss mit begleitenden kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen gerechnet werden (Regitz-Zagrosek et al. 2011a,b). Schwangerschaften mit begleitender Herzerkrankung sind Risikoschwangerschaften. Basierend auf den wesentlichen 3 Prinzipien der präkonzeptionellen Betreuung – Risikoerkennung, Gesundheitsberatung, Interventionen – sollten kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen durch eine ausführliche Anamnese und körperliche Untersuchung frühzeitig und vor Beginn einer Schwangerschaft erkannt werden (Tab. 13.1).
