Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird die Dopplersonographie des venösen fetalen Kreislaufsystems erläutert. Zuerst erfolgt die Darstellung der anatomischen und physiologischen Verhältnisse, danach der pathologischen Blutflüsse. Die Dopplersonographie kann klinisch bei intrauterinen Wachstumsretardierungen, Hydrops fetalis und Herzerkrankungen eingesetzt werden.
