12. Dopplersonographie im 1. Trimenon

Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel befasst sich mit den Besonderheiten der Dopplersonographie im 1. Trimenon. Dazu werden zuerst die physiologischen Vorgänge der Implantation, Trophoblastzellinvasion und intervillösen Zirkulation erklärt. Danach wird das Vorgehen der Doppleruntersuchung den intervillösen Raum, den Dottersack und den Embryo betreffend dargestellt. Beim Embryo finden insbesondere gestörte intrauterine Schwangerschaften und Trophoblasterkrankungen Erwähnung. Anschließend werden Aspekte der Doppler- und Ultraschalluntersuchung zwischen der 11–13+6 Schwangerschaftswochen, die Bedeutung der dopplersonographischen Marker zwischen 11–13+6 Schwangerschaftswochen und die Farbdopplersonographie beim frühen Fehlbildungsultraschall erläutert.
