Im Rahmen von neurologischen Grunderkrankungen kann der komplexe Miktionsapparat an unterschiedlichen Stellen gestört sein. Hieraus resultiert neben Blasenentleerungsstörungen und Drangbeschwerden häufig das Bild einer Harninkontinenz.
