In a prospective, observational, non-comparative multi-center post-marketing surveillance study involving 672 patients conducted between 9 June 2010 and 8 June 2016 at 10 hospitals in Korea (NCT01929291), 6 patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed diarrhoea (1 patient), fever (1 patient), chills (1 patient), fatigue (1 patient), rash (1 patient) and arthralgia (1 patient) following immunisation with a single dose of DTaP vaccine [Boostrix; Tdap; tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid, and acellular pertussis]. The prefilled syringe, which contained 0.5mL of DTaP sterile suspension, was administered as a single IM injection to the patients [times to reaction onsets and outcomes not stated]. …
