The 1.9/1.5 μm dual emission endoscopic laser treatment (1.9/1.5 μm DEELT) is a recent endoscopic tool that has been demonstrated as safe and effective in the treatment of vascular gastrointestinal lesions [14]. The intrinsic flexibility and manoeuvrability of the laser fibre, together with a precise photo-coagulative effect, are theoretically ideal characteristics for enteroscopic procedures. To date, there are no studies assessing the safety and efficacy of the 1.9/1.5 μm DEELT in the treatment of small bowel vascular lesions [5].
