Obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA) is a rare genitourinary anomaly [1] attributed to congenital malformations in the development of the Wolffian and Mullerian ducts [2]. Although urinary anomalies almost always involve renal agenesis, we report a rare case of a 20-year-old woman with the malformation associated with ectopic ureteral insertion into the obstructed hemivagina, which was diagnosed preoperatively using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). …
