It may seem strange to have a paper on endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy in our journal. However, I make no excuses for this. I think that we need to know about any area that even slightly intrudes into plastic surgery, and this is such an area. From time to time, people will ask you about excessive palmar sweating, problems with blushing, and other problems of excessive sympathetic activity in this region. It is important that we know about the availability of these surgical corrections so we can advise our patients who may mention these problems to us. …
