Ektopes Gewebe des weiblichen Genitaltraktes

Zusammenfassung

Ektopien primär weiblicher Genitalgewebe sind kein seltenes Ereignis im diagnostischen Alltag. Sie lassen sich überwiegend aus während der Embryonalentwicklung versprengten oder rudimentären Zellen des Paranephros (Müller-Gangsystem) ableiten, aber auch gonadale, mesonephrische oder dem Mesothel abstammende Gewebe können an ortsuntypischen Stellen des weiblichen Genitales und in extragenitalen Lokalisationen vorkommen. Sie können Ursache gut- und bösartiger tumoröser Läsionen sein. Die vorliegende Übersicht soll einen Überblick möglicher Gewebeektopien geben und zum besseren entwicklungsgeschichtlichen Verständnis tumoröser Erkrankungen des weiblichen Genitaltraktes beitragen. Auch die Ektopien primär extragenitaler Gewebe im weiblichen Genitaltrakt werden dargestellt.
