Hämatopoetische Vorläuferzelle, die die Fähigkeit zur Differenzierung in lymphatische oder myeloische Zellen besitzt.
Beschreibung
Die CFU-LM ist eine sehr frühe determinierte hämatopoetische Vorläuferzelle. Sie besitzt nach Stimulation durch spezifische Wachstums- und Differenzierungsfaktoren die Fähigkeit zur Differenzierung sowohl zu lymphatischen als auch zu myeloischen Vorläuferzellen.
