Behandlungen von generalisierten Absencen. Als Nebenwirkungen wurden Übelkeit und Erbrechen sowie Lethargie und Ataxie beobachtet.

Indikation
Therapeutisches Drug Monitoring, Verdacht auf Intoxikation.
Interpretation
Therapeutischer Bereich (S, P): 40–100 mg/L; toxisch ab 120 mg/L (Hiemke et al. 2012), komatös-letal ab 250 mg/L (Hannak et al. 2009).
