Zusammenfassung

Erkrankungen der beiden Struktureinheiten Endodont und Parodont können in enger Beziehung zueinander stehen. Unter dem Begriff der „Endo-Paro-Läsion“ werden Erkrankungen zusammengefasst, die sich aus einem Kompartiment in das andere ausbreiten oder die separat entstehen, um sodann zu konfluieren. Dies zieht sowohl (differenzial-)diagnostische Probleme als auch therapeutische Besonderheiten nach sich.
