Zusammenfassung

Der Harninkontinenz bei Kindern liegen verschiedene Störungsbilder zugrunde. Für jede existieren jeweils wirksame spezifische Therapien. Grundlage der Behandlung bildet bei allen Störbildern die Urotherapie. Zwar erfordert diese in vielen Fällen Geduld, trägt aber wesentlich zum Therapieerfolg bei.
