Eosinophile gastrointestinale Erkrankungen stellen eine heterogene Gruppe seltener Leiden dar, charakterisiert durch eine eosinophile Inflammation der gastrointestinalen Mukosa, seltener der Muskularis oder der Tunica serosa, in Verbindung mit gastrointestinalen Symptomen.
