A 38-year-old woman developed GI side effects during treatment with erythromycin for prurigo pigmentosa. The woman presented with an 8-year history of reticulate hyperpigmentation involving her trunk and neck in September 2016. A clinical diagnosis of prurigo pigmentosa was made, and she started receiving oral erythromycin [dosage and route not stated].
