Zusammenfassung

Die klassischen chronischen BCR::ABL1-negativen myeloproliferativen Neoplasien umfassen die Polycythaemia vera, die essenzielle Thrombozythämie und die primäre Myelofibrose. In den vergangenen Jahren haben signifikante Entwicklungen hinsichtlich der Therapiemöglichkeiten und Therapiestrategien stattgefunden, die neue Substanzen beinhalten. Interferone, Januskinase(JAK)-Inhibitoren und Kombinationstherapien zählen hier zu den klinischen Entwicklungen. Eine exakte Klassifizierung, Diagnosestellung und Risikostratifizierung ist für die Optimierung der Therapiestrategie und eine personalisierte Behandlung ausschlaggebend.
