Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie der akuten Instabilität des Akromioklavikulargelenks (ACG) unterliegt seit Jahrzehnten einem steten Wandel. Die rasanten Fortschritte in der arthroskopischen Chirurgie haben dazu geführt, dass diese Verletzungen heute minimal-invasiv behandelt werden können. Diese modernen Techniken haben nun wiederum eigene Probleme und Komplikationen mit sich gebracht, so dass die Suche nach der optimalen Behandlungsmethode und dem optimalen Versorgungszeitpunkt auch heute andauert. Im vorliegen Artikel wird die aktuelle zur Verfügung stehende Evidenz zur Behandlung der ACG-Instabilität aufgearbeitet.
