Extramammärer Morbus Paget

Erfolgreiche Therapie mit Imiquimod 5% Creme

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 90-jährige Patientin mit einem ausgedehnten primären extramammären M. Paget in anogenitaler Lokalisation. Ein assoziiertes Karzinom konnte ausgeschlossen werden. Aufgrund des Alters der Patientin, der Lokalisation und Ausdehnung des Tumors sowie bestehender Komorbiditäten erschien weder eine chirurgische noch eine radioonkologische Behandlung sinnvoll vertretbar. Eine lokale Therapie mit Imiquimod 5% Creme 3-mal wöchentlich über einen Zeitraum von 2-mal 3 Wochen führte klinisch und histopathologisch zu einer vollständigen Remission. Unsere Beobachtung entspricht den Erfahrungen anderer Autoren, sodass Imiquimod als eine Therapieoption bei einem primären extramammären M. Paget angesehen werden kann.
