A 55-year-old woman was initially admitted for a palpable thyroid mass in the neck for 2 months with a 1-month history of rapid enlargement of the thyroid mass accompanied with progressively aggravated symptoms: dysphagia, hoarseness, and palpitation. The laboratory results showed hypothyroidism with elevated TSH, decreased T3, T4, FT3, and FT4 level, in addition, with elevated TPOAb and TGAb level. The patient was then referred to perform thyroid needle biopsy. The histopathological results demonstrated that the lesion of thyroid gland was diffuse large B cell lymphoma. …
