Die 27-jährige Patientin mit einer über 1–2 Tage progredienten, schmerzlosen Fazialisparese links ohne Exanthem wurde aus einer internistischen Klinik übernommen. Relevante Vorerkrankungen bestanden nicht. Vor wenigen Wochen hatte sich ein milder, selbstlimitierter, oberer Atemwegsinfekt manifestiert, der keine Antibiose erforderte. …
