According to a report issued by the World Economic Forum, investment in improving women’s health is vital to creating a “healthier, more equitable world for all.” Its research suggests that a $300 million investment into research focused on women could generate a $13 billion economic return and lead to reduced healthcare costs, better quality of life, and years of productivity returned to the global workforce and confirms the connection between women’s health and long-term productivity.
