Mikroinstabilität des Hüftgelenks nach Resektion des Ligamentum capitis femoris

Zusammenfassung

Das Ligamentum capitis femoris (LCF) wird zunehmend als sekundärer Hüftstabilisator verstanden und akzeptiert. Eine Läsion des LCF kann dabei zu Mikroinstabilitäten führen. Die konservative Therapie mit Stärkung der dynamischen Hüftstabilisatoren führt in den meisten Fällen zu einer Besserung der Instabilitätssymptomatik. Bei frustraner konservativer Therapie kann eine LCF-Plastik mit Sehnentransplantaten in minimal-invasiver Technik durchgeführt werden. In diesem Beitrag wird der Fall einer 26-jährigen Patientin berichtet, die nach auswärtiger arthroskopischer Resektion des LCF eine Mikroinstabilität des rechten Hüftgelenks entwickelte. Nach frustraner konservativer Therapie wurde bei der Patientin eine arthroskopisch-assistierte Rekonstruktion des LCF mittels Grazilistransplantat durchgeführt.
