Zusammenfassung

Adipositas stellt gerade Gynäkologen und Geburtshelfer vor große Herausforderungen. Viele Aspekte sind bei adipösen aber auch bei adipositasoperierten Patientinnen zu beachten, etwa der Einfluss auf Fertilität und die Wirkung von Kontrazeptiva sowie Besonderheiten in der Schwangerschaft.
