25. Fetale Infektionen

Zusammenfassung

Trotz aller Fortschritte in der Ultraschalltechnologie resultieren die Verbesserungen der fetalen Infektionsdiagnostik vor allem aus den innovativen serologischen und molekulargenetischen Labormethoden. Diese Neuerungen haben die pränatalen diagnostischen und therapeutischen Strategien in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten erheblich beeinflusst und ermöglichen in Kenntnis der unterschiedlichen Sensitivitäten und Spezifitäten der jeweiligen Labornachweismethoden (PCR, Viruskultur, etc.) aus Fruchtwasser, fetalem Aszites oder fetalen Pleuraergüssen zunehmend risikoärmere fetal-invasive Verfahren mit nur noch selten erforderlichen direkten fetalen Blutentnahmen (Banatvala u. Brown 2004, Benoist et al. 2008, Bonvicini et al. 2009, Enders et al. 2010, Goegebuer et al. 2009, Groß et al. 2001, Guerra et al. 2008, Montoya u. Remington 2008, Signorell et al. 2006, Syridou et al. 2008, Wandinger et al. 2011, Tab. 25.1).
