Extranodale Manifestationen primär nodaler indolenter B-Zell-Lymphome

Zusammenfassung

Indolente (niedrigmaligne) B-Zell-Lymphome, wie das follikuläre Lymphom und das Mantelzelllymphom, sind primär nodale Lymphome. Das heißt, klinisch dominiert in der Regel eine Lymphknotenbeteiligung. Die Häufigkeit extranodaler Manifestationen dieser primär nodalen Lymphome wird oft unterschätzt. Das typische Wachstumsmuster nodaler Lymphome kann in extranodalen Manifestationen fehlen oder aufgrund der oft nur kleinen Biopsien nicht beurteilt werden. Aus diesem Grund ist der Immunphänotyp der Lymphomzellen für die Diagnose von indolenten Lymphomen in extranodaler Manifestationen von großer Bedeutung.
