Zusammenfassung

Eine forensisch beobachtete terminale Hypoxiedauer reicht nicht aus, um Veränderungen in pulmonalen Entzündungszellpopulationen herbeizuführen. Mithilfe immunhistochemischer Verfahren konnte eine hypoxische Aktivierung der Alveolarmakrophagen mit Alteration des Immunprofils und einer Hochregulation bestimmter Marker verifiziert werden. Eine prolongierte Hypoxie führt zur Initiation des nächsten Glieds der Inflammationskette, die die serologisch fassbare Sekretion von MCP‑1 in den Blutkreislauf mit anschließender Degranulation der Mastzellen beinhaltet. Somit korreliert die Konzentration der serologisch messbaren, degranulierten Substanzen mit der Agoniedauer. Die Frage nach der Verlässlichkeit von Tryptasekonzentrationsmessungen als Äquivalent der Mastzelldegranulation bleibt offen. Die Doktrin der Erstickungstoddiagnose durch Nachweis des Erstickungsvorgangs an der Leiche behält ihre singuläre Validität. Immunhistochemische Marker können im Einzelfall richtungweisend sein.
