Zusammenfassung

Noch längst nicht alle neurometabolischen Erkrankungen sind heute behandelbar. Aber in den letzten Jahren hat sich die therapeutische Landschaft radikal verändert. Heute stehen für viele Krankheiten Therapieoptionen zur Verfügung. Mit den künftigen Möglichkeiten der Gentherapie sehen wir weiterem therapeutischen Fortschritt entgegen.
