Zusammenfassung

Frakturen des Mittelfußes sind die häufigsten Verletzungen am Fuß des Kindes. Die Kenntnis der Apophysen und des Wachstumsfortschrittes sind von großer Wichtigkeit für die Beurteilung. Der überwiegende Anteil der Verletzungen wird konservativ behandelt, wobei Gelenkinkongruenzen und dislozierte Frakturen in der Regel durch K-Drähte oder Schrauben refixiert werden müssen.
