Zusammenfassung

Gangstörungen gehören zu den charakteristischen Merkmalen der idiopathischen Parkinson-Erkrankung und stellen oft ein Initialsymptom dar. Sie sind vor allem in der Langzeitbehandlung des Parkinson-Syndroms eine Herausforderung. Da herkömmliche Behandlungsstrategien meist keine ausreichende Kontrolle axialer Symptome bewirken, sind neue Therapieansätze erforderlich.
