Zusammenfassung

Funktionelle Beschwerden des oberen Gastrointestinaltrakts stellen für den Arzt eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Die medikamentösen Möglichkeiten sind durch die Indikationsbeschränkungen wichtiger Arzneimittel eingeschränkt worden. Dennoch besteht kein Grund für therapeutischen Nihilismus.
