Zusammenfassung

Schultererkrankungen können im Alltag große Einschränkungen bedeuten. Diese reichen von beruflichen und sportlichen Aktivitäten bis zu vermeintlich einfachen Verrichtungen wie Haare kämmen. Trotz einer Vielzahl möglicher Pathologien lässt sich in den meisten Fällen aus einem Mosaik von Anamnese, körperlicher Untersuchung und apparativer Diagnostik die Ursache für Schulterschmerzen verhältnismäßig leicht herausfinden und dadurch gezielt eine erfolgreiche Therapie einleiten.
