Zusammenfassung

Eine junge Patientin erleidet während der Anlage einer axillären Plexusblockade einen generalisierten Krampfanfall. Die Mechanismen, im Wesentlichen die vermutlich intravasale Gabe, die zur Lokalanästhetikaintoxikation als Ursache für dieses Ereignis geführt haben, werden diskutiert.
