Zusammenfassung

Durch die leichte Verfügbarkeit sexueller Stimuli im Internet erreicht die hypersexuelle Störung eine neue Dimension: der sogenannten gelegenheitsinduzierten Sexsucht. Die hypersexuelle Störung ist besonders durch das Leiden der Patienten an Partnerschaftsproblemen und sozialem Rückzug charakterisiert. Eine Therapie verlangt neben einer ausgiebigen Sexualanamnese auch nach multimodalen Behandlungsansätzen.
