Zusammenfassung

Beim Glioblastom hatte Bevacizumab in der First-Line zusätzlich zur Standardtherapie insgesamt keinen Effekt auf das Gesamtüberleben. Möglicherweise gibt es molekularbiologisch definierte Subgruppen, die doch profitieren.
