Ein 25-jähriger männlicher Patient wird via Rettungsdienst in die Notaufnahme eingeliefert, nachdem er beim Basketball während eines Sprints einen abrupten Richtungswechsel mit fixiertem Bein vollzog. Ihnen wird ein Video der Spielsequenz gezeigt, aus dem ersichtlich wird, dass das Knie dabei unter leichter Beugung nach innen wegknickt und verdreht. Es wird berichtet, dass initial eine Vollbelastung noch möglich war, im Verlauf jedoch das Knie immer „dicker“ wurde und mittlerweile eine deutliche Bewegungseinschränkung vorliegt. Vorerkrankungen sind keine bekannt, ebenso wird eine Dauermedikation verneint. …
