Medialer unikondylärer Gelenkersatz mit fixer Plattform

Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der Implantation einer medialen Schlittenprothese mit fixer Plattform ist die anatomische Rekonstruktion des medialen Gelenkkompartimentes. Nach Festlegung der korrekten Rotation, Höhe und medialen Inklination wird die arthrotische tibiale Gelenkfläche reseziert. Anschließend erfolgt die Präparation des medialen Femurkondylus über den Spacer- und 3‑in-1-Block. Nach der Meniskektomie wird die tibiale Präparation abgeschlossen und nach Abtragen dorsaler femoraler Osteophyten das Ergebnis der bisherigen Schritte mit den einliegenden Probekomponenten überprüft. Nun werden die Probeteile entfernt, eine lokale Infiltrationsanästhesie appliziert, das Knochenbett gereinigt sowie getrocknet und anschließend die Prothesenkomponenten implantiert.
