Graft chronic-versus-host disease (GVHD) is an immune-mediated multisystemic disorder after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, generally 100 days after the transplant (compared to acute GVHD) [1]. Peripheral nervous system manifestations are relatively uncommon [1]. Most of the cases described are a polyneuropathy occurring 6 months after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, often predominantly axonal [2], either acute or subacute/chronic. …
