Gutartige Hauttumoren bei Kindern

Zusammenfassung

Hauttumoren bei Kindern sind variantenreich und zeigen meist gutartige Verläufe. Dermatologen sollten die zahlreichen gutartigen Hauttumoren zu differenzieren wissen und in der Lage sein, den besorgten Patienten die optimale Behandlung zu empfehlen. Eine chirurgische Entfernung der gutartigen Hauttumoren ist oft die einzige Therapiemöglichkeit. Ziel dieser Publikation ist es, einen Gesamtüberblick zu geben über die epidermalen Tumoren (z. B. „inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus“ [ILVEN], Naevus sebaceus), Tumoren der epidermalen Anhangsgebilde (z. B. Pilomatrixom), dermalen Tumoren (z. B. Angiofibrom), Fibromatosen (z. B. Fingerknöchelpolster), Tumoren des Fett‑, Muskel oder Knochengewebes (z. B. Osteoma cutis, subunguale Exostose), Epidermalzysten und Pseudozysten und pathologische Fibrosierung als Reaktionen nach Hautverletzungen (Keloid). Wissenschaftliche Daten hierzu sind rar, und erst im letzten Jahrzehnt machten es histopathologische Untersuchungen und genetische Studien zusammen mit ausführlicher Phänotypisierung möglich, ein neues Verständnis der pathogenetischen Mechanismen zu gewinnen.
