Zusammenfassung

Die Evidenz für eine Wirksamkeit intraartikulärer Injektionen ist insgesamt gering, am besten ist sie noch für die Viscosupplementation mit Hyaluronsäure definiert. Für Kortisoninjektionen, Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP)-Injektionen und die Verwendung mesenchymaler Stammzellen ist die Studienlage noch weniger klar.
