Die Wahl der Methode zur Harnableitung nach radikaler Zystektomie ist eine präferenzsensitive Entscheidung. Gerade in solchen Fällen ist es wichtig, das weitere Vorgehen mit dem Patienten gemeinsam im Rahmen einer partizipativen Entscheidungsfindung festzulegen.
