Diabetes mellitus und damit einhergehende Hautveränderungen sind häufig. Hauterkrankungen oder eine Hautbeteiligung entwickeln 30 % der Menschen mit Diabetes. Nicht selten sind Symptome der Haut vor der Diagnosestellung auffällig und geben erste Hinweise auf den Diabetes mellitus. Die Ursachen sind heterogen, additiv spielen pathologische Veränderungen wie Angiopathien und/oder Neuropathien eine Rolle. …
