Diabetes mellitus geht bei rund 80 % der Patienten mit Hautveränderungen einher. Diese treten insbesondere bei schlecht eingestellten Blutglukosewerten auf und sind teilweise signifikant mit extrakutanen Diabeteskomplikationen assoziiert.
