Zusammenfassung

Hauttumoren können solitär und sporadisch auftreten, aber auch multipel und familiär. Hereditäre kutane Tumorsyndrome, die neben der Haut auch extrakutane Organe betreffen, sind klinisch und genetisch heterogen. Dem Dermatologen können sich nach Anamnese, klinischer Untersuchung und dermatohistopathologischer Einordnung der jeweiligen Neoplasie bereits früh weitreichende Krankheitszusammenhänge erschließen, die zur Diagnose beitragen. Diese kann anschließend durch eine molekulargenetische Untersuchung zweifelsfrei bestätigt werden. Hier geben wir eine Übersicht und ein Update zu ausgewählten hereditären Hauttumorsyndromen.
