Zusammenfassung

Die indirekte Abschätzung des koronaren Risikos mittels traditioneller Risikoscores ist nicht optimal, meint unser Autor. Im Gegensatz dazu beweist der koronare Kalkscore direkt das Vorliegen einer kalzifizierenden Koronarsklerose. Wem könnten Sie diese Untersuchung, die die gesetzliche Krankenkasse allerdings nicht zahlt, empfehlen?
